Can you help us with direct mail as well as B2B telemarketing?
Yes! We have an in-house graphic artist that can create custom direct mail pieces and other marketing collateral. We can handle any fulfillment needs as well.
How often will I receive reports?
All reporting is accessed via a client log in portal in our website. Reporting is completely customized to report the data you need without a lot of superfluous data that you don't need. All reporting is downloadable in a CSV format making it easy for you to import into your own CRM. You never have to worry about asking for a report or waiting for one to come your way. We believe a "proactive" stance is the
only one to take with your data.
Can I see a sample of the reports that I will be receiving?
Yes, be sure to ask your sales representative for this information.
How long does it take to get my campaign started?
Up to 5 business days from the day we have the campaign set-up completed.
How many calls can you make per hour?
It really depends on the type of campaign. A good rule of thumb is between
1800 and 2000 attempted calls for a 100 hour block of time.
Do you have an autodialer?
NO! Autodialers are great for making mass calls where professionalism is not
as important (like B2C campaigns). In the B2B world, there are a different
set of rules. We have to ensure that there is no latency when making calls,
that our marketers are prepared for the next call, and that notes can be
applied to the record in detail without the marketer being rushed for the
next call.
